In the end of our financial year end, our audit company send letters by mail to our clients to know our accounts receivable balance. However, I heard Shopify does not deal with it. I would like to know how the audit company of other companies deal with it.
I heard that if we connect Shopify with Stripe dashboard, Stripe will issue the balance of Shopify payments. Even if it is true, it is not reasonable that we have to pay for the Stripe account... Also, I could not even find how to connect Shopify and Stripe dashboard at all on the Internet.
(We have Shopify stores in UK, USA, and Japan, by the way.)
