Auto tax not calculating correctly

I am having issues with the taxes not calculating correctly. For example, I have a $175 order that should have an effective tax rate at 7%. When Shopify calculates the taxes it only adds $3.43. I have spent the last four hours trying to figure this out and can't seem to find the answer. Thank you.
