Sorry to hear that you're having this issue. Have you tried some troubleshooting on your end before submitting a ticket? One thing I would recommend here is to clear your cache and cookies - this can oftentimes resolve similar issues. I have the steps on how you can clear your Chrome browser cache here.
You could also try checking your admin on an alternative device, for example if you have been checking on mobile, try to look at it on a desktop and see if that makes a difference.
Lastly, try to reset your internet - network errors can sometimes be the cause of issues like this.
