Hi, my account was canceled on 19/11/2024...

***Yet I was billed again on 19/12/2024.***   

I've sent 2 emails to billings, since 19th December 2024 regarding this billing error and requested a refund.

I've had no response yet. Today is 05 January 2025. 

This needs to be resolved... BEFORE I'm billed again in JANUARY 2025.

Hi there @Kelsi19  sorry about your issue, it seems you would need to get in touch with Shopify customer support and communicate properly with a representative who should be able to help you shut this down properly. You may not be able to get one today since it’s a Sunday but you should try to as early as possible on Monday.
