Hello, for how many months, a fee of close to 21 dollars has been withdrawn from my account, although my store is not active, this money is being withdrawn, if you check, I made my account passive in the transaction I made today. please request my refunds.

Have you verified that the fees withdrawn from your account are subscription charges generated by your Shopify store? Shopify fees may sometimes appear as subscription charges, but they can be fees for purchases made on Shopify stores.


To confirm they're coming from your Shopify account, you can try logging into your inactive Shopify store. If you're able to log in without selecting a plan, and you can see your admin right away, your store is still active and generating subscription charges. You can view your bills by following the steps on this page to verify the fees. To stop them, you may deactivate your store by following this guide.


If you're unable to proceed to your admin right away and you're prompted to reopen your store or select a plan, your store is inactive. It's unlikely the charges are coming from that store, but you can verify by viewing your past invoices or bills. A button to do so, such as the one highlighted in the image below, will appear after logging in.
