Can Shopify payout notification emails be sent to a different address?

Our accouunts person has asked if the shopify payout notification email can be changed to accounts email address.
But if i change the email in the profile all the sales equiries from the site then go to accounts.
Is there a way to have the shopify payment notification email be sent to our accounts email address and when a customer clicks on please enquire it sends this to our sales email address?
