I closed down my store at the beginning of 2021. I need to access my 2021 transactions but can't log into the Shopify admin and I keep trying to request support but it's bringing me in circles.

If the Shopify Help Center is bringing you in circles, then it's likely that you didn't complete a search. To resolve this, simply make a search after logging into your account. Then, click the Continue button located below the relevant resources generated by the search results.
