Canadian trying to sell in the US and Canada using North American drop shippers

I am just getting started with store and was wondering what do I need to get done in Canada and US.
Aim to sell only North American drop shippers.

Since I am selling across borders do I need to set up a company in the US?

What about taxation in the US ?

What about Taxation in Canadian provinces ?

Is there a book or site or course that deals with this issue?
