Cancellation Refund

Hi, 

I own a small store called Parcel Cases. Yesterday was my billing and today I tried to call the customer service to close the store and get a refund but I was surprised that this feature has been disabled. I would like please to get my refund of 29$ as soon as possible please.

I'm sorry to hear that Shopify is not working out for you, if there is anything I can do to help keep your store stay open, I’d love to help, so please let me know. To cancel your store, you would just need to:

1. Log in to the admin section of your store here
2. Click on Settings.
3. Next, click Plan and permissions.
4. From there, Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click "Close my Store". This guide will also help.

While I can't gaunentee a refund, after you close the store please let me know and I'll help authenticate the account via email and review the store in full.

I have had a Shopify account for a month now on the free trial plan I was billed for the monthly cycle an hour ago and I want to refund it because I don’t use the store and I thought I had canceled it earlier because I had no interest in taking it farther. I closed down the store not too long after. Please email me so I can get my money back.
