change from sole proprietorship to a partnership

I started off by myself, However now I have a partner. I don't know how to change my Shopify Store from a sole proprietorship to a partnership. Please help

 

Also how to change the tax ID and social security number on my Shopify account.

Within your Shopify admin, you can update information such as the name listed, contact email, and more. You can check out this help document to learn more!

 

If you're using Shopify Payments, you'll need to contact our live support team to adjust the information associated with your Shopify Payments account. You can do so by logging in through the Help Center, entering your question into the chat assistant, and selecting the option to be connected with a Support Advisor. 

 

If you're using a third-party payment gateway, you can contact them directly to ask how to update your information.
