Charing sales tax on my products

So currently getting ready to launch my store but I'm stumbling on how to exactly go about charging tax.

I am located in Illinois, but my products come from aliexpress through Oberlo. I applied for my EIN number and was wondering if I can use that as the "Sales Tax ID" that I am asked for when setting up collecting tax. Also, when I enter the EIN number, should I enter it in this format? --> "XX-XXXXXXX" or without the dash.
