City Taxes

Hello,

I am testing orders before opening my store. State, county, and city taxes are being charged on orders. My business is not in city limits and should only be charging taxes on state and county. Anyone have this problem solved?

Did you ever get this figured out?  I'm in the same boat.  My business is in the county, but not city.

Hi! Yes, I did. You have to apply a product override for the taxes. Go to Taxes in Settings. Click edit on the tax region you are collecting in (ex: United States). Scroll down to product overrides. You can then plug in your percentage by product collection by the state you are collecting tax in.
