Collecting Sales Taxes

Hello Friends I hope you are all well. 
I have a concern and hoping that one of you can help me with  it. I have not launched my website yet but  not sure whether to sell just to U.K. only or International. My reasons being the taxes look complicated and wondered if there is an easy way this can be done to ensure I stay within the law collecting taxes for each country. Is there an easy to understand automated system that can help? I think adding taxes to the price will be better for customer. Any advice appreciated and I will return my feedback. Thanks.
