CRV Tax

As the subject states, 

How do you guys handle CRV Tax if any of you tackled this issue? Right now I have it as a product but it's triggering offers, for example, 10$ off on orders over 50$, the item is 49.99$ and with the CRV it becomes 50.09$ so the 10$ off is triggered.

Any tips?
