Currency Changes to CAD but no other country changes

Hi there,

We are experiencing something in our system where only Canadians sales are converting to CAD. No other country's currency changes (for example, UK-based sales don't change to pounds etc). I'd like all sales to remain in USD and none be converted for our fulfillment team. 

Can someone tell me why this may be and how to fix it? It's strange that it's just for Canada.
