Financing, tax rates, and accounting
I need my shop to be deleted so I can create another one. The niche I was going to work on didn't interest me anymore.
I want to start a new shop as I did a lot of research and found a better solution now. I didn't log in to the account for months and now I can't do anything and don't want to pay the subscription just te delete it. Is it possible to rename the shop if I pay the subscription? Thus I won't need to delete the account.

Cal here from Shopify, thanks for reaching out to us. Is your old store frozen? If so, you can just leave it frozen, and open a new store for your new business.
If there is some data you need from the old store, like theme files, order data, or domains, then I would suggest reactivating the store to access this data. The only thing that you cannot change on your old store is your MyShopify URL. This is issued when you open the store first, and cannot be changed. However, once you connect your own business domain, the customers never need to see the MyShopfiy URL again as you'll switch your primary domain to your new business domain. The MyShopify URL is mostly used for login and support purposes by most merchants.

Thank you very much for your answer.
Unfortunately, I didn't see your answer on time and I activated a plan hoping that I can change everything. It will be confusing to set a domain name and have a different URL for the store. Is it possible to delete my account and have a refund, please? Thus I can create the store I want now with the same email.
