different taxes on shipping

If I have two different VAT rates in the shopping cart, Shopify can not charge these taxes on the shipping cost. What solution is there for that?

Hi @Philipp_S,

Nick here from Shopify. 

You have the ability to choose whether or not you want to charge taxes on shipping costs should you wish. You can do this in Settings > Taxes > Tax Calculations > Charge Tax on Shipping Rates. You can see how it would look from the screenshot below:
