Different VAT rates in Madeira & Azores

Hi there!

There are different VAT rates in Portugal for the same products, depending if it is sold in the mainland or on Madeira and the Azores. So I need to create different entries for these Regions in the VAT section, but was only able to set one rate for Portugal in general. Could someone tell me how to deal with this issue, please?
