Rio here from the Shopify Community Team. Just for some context can you share with me if you previously had an online store with Shopify? If you've closed your shop, you should no longer be billed. However, some apps may continue to bill if they were not disabled.
You can contact our team at help.shopify.com, and start a chat at the bottom of the page to log in and confirm that your store is disabled and will no longer be billed.
If you don't have a Shopify store and have a Shopify charge on your banking statement, it's possible you may have purchased a product through a Shopify store.
