District Sales Taxes

In California we have a statewide tax rate, county tax, and local jurisdiction added district taxes owed by the seller.   Sellers are required to report and pay the applicable district taxes for their taxable sales and purchases, however, there is no Shopify setting to charge the customers for district tax and I've been paying it out of pocket.  Is there a way to collect this tax?
