EU Based company sells in US and Canada Only. How effect VAT?

Hi Guys,
I am new to online selling. My companies are EU based (the Netherlands and in Hungary) . I want to sell my new POD products only for US and Canadian customers. I want to use Printful and they US based fulfillment locations only. How should I set up my taxes?
