Good evening everybody,
I just finish my first online store on Shopify as a trial and I do not count to sell at all.
However, I am a bit scared regarding laws, taxes and TVA. I am French and living in United Kingdom so I do not want have any issues with the laws.
Once I created my store, my parents told me I must too created a society online, register it to the Gov and HMRC website and all the rest. I am very confused. Perhaps if I sold 1 item, I will be happy as this is just a shop trial to see the world of Shopify.
Can somebody tell me what the step to do regarding register website to the gov and be in rule with the laws/taxes before I sell something?
