Free or Promotional products not showing up in Finances Summary

How can I properly monitor my Inventory count if my Free and promotional products are not in our Finances Summary?

Only Orders with payments like Amazon pay, paypal and Visa/mastercard are showing up in my Finances Summary. 

Any help will be much appreciated.
