Financing, tax rates, and accounting
Shopify froze my funds without a clear explanation. I’ve contacted Shopify Support over 20 times over the past two months, but all I get are generic responses or promises that "someone will get back to me"—but no reply.
I've been patient, professional, and cooperative throughout, but at this point it feels like I'm being completely ignored. I still have no idea what's going on or when (or if) my funds will be released.
Has anyone else experienced something similar? How did you get it resolved?
