get sales data from closed store

i need to access sales data from a closed store for accounting purposes. when i go to the support page it doesn't allow me to contact live support because i don't have an active store. how do i get my sales history?

i tried that and got a reply saying this address no longer accepts incoming messages. and that i need to reach out to live support. i'm in a loop and can't get out.
