Has anybody been successful on requesting tax exemption from Aliexpress if you are based in US?

I just started using Aliexpress to sale products, I'm based in NC and have Resale Certificate, I have had some interactions with Aliexpress in regards to a request to get tax exemption, I got a request number but so far nothing has been done, it has been more than a month since I requested it, in my past three interactions it has been frustrating as they just keep saying "I'm working on it" and wait for the chat to sometime auto-close after their 3 minutes limit (the chat will end if no comments from either the customer or customer service are done), so after an hour without any progress but the agent indicating "I'm working on it" sometimes I think I assume nothing is done and the agent just want the chat to end. Although two previous times the agent seem to get the information based on the report and say "I see your request, sorry is taking so long" but then I never get to obtain an status, after that is usually "i´m investigating", sorry for the long text. I guess the question is, has anybody been successful on requesting tax exemption from Aliexpress if you are based in US? If so, what where the steps you followed? Any help will be appreciated!!!

I have submitted the documents requested repeatedly and unfortunately have yet to get a refund of my state's sales tax for resale items.

I reported it an never heard back, it has been one 7 months now so I don't expect to have that returned, but I have been busy and I'm just starting this journey so I think I will see how to do later, maybe change providers, or check with the tax state team to see how to handle double paying taxes.
