Help Center is Down. I need a correction to issued 10-99.

I received a 10-99 tied to my personal SSN rather than the companys EIN. I do not know how to correct this. I do not know who to contact. I began a chat within the help center, which timed out, and is now showing "there is a problem loading this page" when I try to reach the help center, even after trying multiple browsers. 

How can there not be a phone number or email for support for such important matters. The lack of support makes me want to discontinue my service with shopify.
