In order to access your invoices, it will require activating your account by selecting a plan. Once you have obtained the invoice, you can then pause your store which will generate a prorated credit on the account which will be used for future invoices.
Alternatively, if you would prefer to close the account, then you can reactivate it, download your invoice, then close the store. From there, you can reach out to our support to request a refund so long as the store is closed within a reasonable time of the invoice generating.
