How can I add custom taxes on Shopify for Wholesale?

Hi! I've explored Shopify Tax Settings and I found that taxes are automated once you put in the region, country, or state. But what I'm looking for is to only charge custom taxes to customers. 

For example, upon checkout, I want them to know that there is Wholesale Tax of 0.3%. How can I go about doing this? Thank you in advance!
