How can I automate sales tax collection and filing?

I am looking for an app or some kind or integration to collect (per transaction), pay and file all state sales taxes.  There is an app out there called DAVO that is 100% automated.  They don't integrate with Shopify though.  Anyone know of something that will work?

Bookkeep.com has developed an integration between Shopify and Davo. They just launched it a short time ago.  I haven't used it yet because our system is complex but I use them for posting summary transactions from Shopify into QBO. They've been very helpful. I recommend at least talking to them.
