How can I change my old banking information without access?

I do not have access to my old routing and banking number and need to change banking information. How can I do this without having that information.

While on the topic of payment providers, I can always suggest Shopify Payments. If you have not set this up yet, and are eligible, it's automatically set up to accept all major payment methods. It's also a great way to save on transaction fees that are processed through Shopify Payments, Shop Pay, Shop Pay Installments, and Paypal Express. You also won't be charged transaction fees on manual payment methods such as cash, cash on delivery (COD), and bank transfers.
