How can I change the tax rate for a specific city

My nexus city changed its tax rate but Shopify isn't yet updated with the new rate. How to gain control over the tax rate that Shopify is charging our customers?

Also, there is a city that Shopify is charging tax for but that isn't qualified to collect taxes on sales in my state. How can I turn off charging tax in that city?
