How can I contact someone about a specific billing issue?

I need to reach a person for a billing question. How is this possible? my problem does not fit ANY of the preset questions.

Welcome to the Community! Definitely a great place to gather some input regarding anything about the platform! We have a great group of contributors who are always willing to provide their own expertise and experience with regards to Shopify! 

With regards to your inquiry, our live support team is the best way to go. You can reach them via this link. When presented with possible billing inquiries, you can simply choose on whatever is closest to your query but it's okay if it doesn't relate as well since once you reach one of our agents, they'll be able to hear your situation and assist you accordingly. 

We refer you to the live team as they are the ones that can open up the back end of your account and look through your billing information and assist your further. Defintiely let me know how this goes however. I am more than happy to answer any more questions for you regarding this matter.
