How can I contact the store administrator for access?

hello there , i have a problem situation  i don't know how contact  the store administrator for acces to my store and without this i cannot connect to my store .

i will be so glad for some help

Can I just clarify, are you trying to get in contact with our support team? If so, you can:

1. Visit our Help Center.
2. Log in to your account. If for whatever reason you're unable to do so, choose "Continue without logging in". 
3. Enter a topic in the search field.
4. Select Get Support. 

Of course, if you're looking for something else entirely, please let me know so I can help however possible.

Can you tell me more about what you're seeing when you visit the link I shared? 

When you say you're trying to contact the "store administrator", are you referring to the account owner?

actually i'm not reffer to anyone,  when i'm trying to log in I get a message that there is no access to this account and in order to gain access I need to contact the store administrator.

what doe's it mean how can i do it ?

Thanks for clarifying! It sounds like you do not have the required permissions to login to the store. Can you tell me: 

1. Are you the Account Owner for the store? Is it possible that someone else is listed as the store's Account Owner?
2. When was the last time you were able to successfully log in to your store?
3. Are there any other staff members who are currently able to log in?

Hi June, first I'm very thankful to you about all what you do for help me .

I will  explain how much  I can and I hope you will be able to help me.

So, 

1.I am the Account Owner for the store , but I cannot log in  ceause I didn't have an acces I never succeeded log in to my account also when I've beed registered.

2.unfortunately never I can't log in...

3.It's impossible, I'm the only one who has the user information.

 In addition there is something I would like to clarify 

first I invited to shopify at sunday And when I registered for the site I did not have access to the store.

And how can I send you a pic and you will see what happend when I trying log in to my store ?

If you've never logged in to your account, I imagine you haven't had the chance to start your account set up at all, is that correct?
