Hello,
I received my 1099 and it does not have my current address on it.
I reached out to Support but they have not followed up with an answer - the request was 13 days ago.
Is there any way I can correct this myself?

Thank you for the response.
I initiated contact with support on 2/8/22. I got a response with my ticket number. I subsequently reached out on 2/10, 2/13, and 2/21. I never received a response.
How can I get a status update as to where my ticket is in the queue?

It sounds like you might be sending email requests? I highly recommend opening a live chat at the link I shared instead for status updates on your ticket.
Sometimes, sending multiple emails can have the opposite effect as your request will move further down the queue and there are multiple requests to review before a response is sent.

I have been on live chat for 45 minutes and I still cannot receive an update.
Obviously, I will need to file my 1099 with an incorrect address.
Nothing but a waste of time.

I'm not sure I understand, were you able to get in touch with a live agent? Without sharing any personal details about your store, can you tell me if they were able to look into your original ticket number?

Yes, I chatted with a live agent.
No, he was not able to tell me anything. After 45 minutes, I ended the chat.
Then I received an email stating "that your request is already in queue and that they will respond to you on the same ticket"

Im currently dealing with the same issue. Please can you let me know if they ever responded? its been 13 days for me too
Hi @BiancaJMS,
If you have not heard back after two weeks, I'd recommend contacting our support team directly about this and asking for an update. They can authenticate you on the store and provide you with an update.
