How can I correct the sales tax error at one of my retail locations?

I've just migrated my business to Shopify and I'm using Shopify Tax but it is not charging the correct sales tax at one of my 2 retail locations. At one of our locations there is an additional 1% "Economic Development District" tax that is not being added. How can this be fixed?
