How can I correctly categorize MedSpa treatments for tax purposes?

We are using Shopify to sell MedSpa services/treatments, and soon to be physical products. We are located in New York. Right now all services are categorized as health and beauty but I think we are charging customers too much tax. Can someone please provide advice on this?
