How can I create and send an invoice to my customer?

HI,

My customer requests an invoice, I can only print a packingticket but no invoice?

How can I send my customer an invoice?

If an invoice request is made by a customer, you can look into using the Invoice Generator. This is a free tool available that allows you to create polished invoices quickly. To learn more about this, you can check out the Invoice Generator FAQ Page as it touches on this further. 

Alternatively, you can look into using an app from the Shopify App Store. We have various apps available that may allow you to complete this. For ease, I've gone ahead and made a few suggestions listed below that you can look into:

Thanks a lot for the feedback and taking the time to help me out.

Only I am really flabbergasted that the webshop does not supply this?
It is a sales shop not able to send invoices, the whole business is
about sales?

I have added the app. so now I have to create the invoice, safe the
invoice, create an email, look up the email addres, paste it, write an
email, add the invoice and then the customer will get the email in the
spambox as it is not the same emailaddress as the one where the
confirmation was send from.

But it is a solution and therefor thanks a lot!
