How can I fix Shopify to charge only state sales tax for Illinois?

We are located in WI, but have economic nexus in Illinois.  Since we are a remote seller for Illinois, we only have to charge state sales tax rates.  In Shopify, it is charging state, city and county taxes.  This started happening after Shopify Tax was implemented on our store.  How do I get this fixed to only charge state sales tax for Illinois?

As far as I know we have to pay the county taxes too - at least we have been I mother nexus states.

How did you fix this?  Shopify is also adding city and county taxes in Illinois when it's not supposed to (only state tax only).  We are not in Illinois, we only collect state tax there due to economic nexus.  Everyone in Shopify support is clueless and just gives same very basic answers without esclating it to actual tech support (I've checked my settings already it's nothing I can change in Shopify), Shopify needs to fix their platform.  Strange thing is i never had this issue prior to this year.
