How can I get a taxable receipt for monthly payments in Mexico?

In Mexico we need to get a Taxable Receipt in order to prove the expenses. My client would like to get a taxable receipt of the USD $29.00 a month that we pay towards Shopify. How or where can someone get this receipts for the Mexican Tax System.
