How can I get monthly statements for orders and payouts?

There isn't a monthly statement for the orders or payouts. However, you can always export the data for your orders and payouts for Shopify Payments, and the export will allow you to set date ranges. We'd recommend taking a look at the following guides, Exporting orders to a CSV file and Viewing and exporting your Shopify Payments payout details.
