Financing, tax rates, and accounting
I've been operating on shopify from February of 2020 to March of 2021. I was closed and banned from Shopify payments without any reason and notification. I know using Shopify payments for a business is very risky as Shopify itself is a very capricious. So after they closed my store i didn't have access to it so i could get all need information for taxes. i'd not receive 1099 form them during 2021 for 2020 year, i emailed heir customer service bunch of time providing my stores names (i've changed several times store domain and urls) and information, i got response that they see 0 order on my store, i was really confused and worried. Recently i receive 1099 for 2021 year with 16201 total for January, February and March. I asked them to provide for 2020 because i operated for more than 120000$ that year, they told me they will provide me with all information they opened case and they still don't response me. I email them from different mails, opens new tickets again and again... I really have to pay all my taxes, it's very very important for me because i go through the immigration process. But you guys just ignoring me and i don't know how to deal with this. My store name was corcaroli.myshopify.com. I really hope someone get back to me soon!
Hey @Sanan!
Thanks for getting in touch.
Are you still waiting on an update on this? In this case, what I would recommend is getting in contact with our support here with the email linked to the store: corcaroli.myshopify.com as our support will need to authenticate you for that store with the correct details. Alternatively, if you have already opened a support request, then you can reply to that email and request an update. As much as I would love to check on this for you, we do not have access to accounts or stores from the forums here ourselves.
Let me know if you have any further questions!

shopify banned us from Payments as well because we only had a 1.2% chargeback rate. They will not reason with us to gain this access back
Hey @GermanAudioTech!
Thanks for getting in touch, and I am sorry to hear about your situation.
As I would not have access to accounts or stores as mentioned in my response above, I would not be able to comment on your situation. That being said, I believe you may have already tried to appeal this, but it seems like the decision is final. Do you also need to retrieve your 1099K form? Have you looked into other possible payment gateways for your store?
