How can I get my EIN switched for payments?????

In order to update your EIN for Shopify Payments, you will need to contact our lovely Support Advisors via chats or callbacks. We can then escalate your ticket through to the Support Tax Team who will be able to update this for you. Please note, their turnaround time is longer than normal due to a large number of requests, however rest assured your ticket will be in the right hands!
