How can I give my finance team access to reports?

Hi, 

We're in the process of setting up our POS and need to give a couple of people in our Finance team access to reports.  We have 3 Staff accounts and all 3 are in use.

Is there another way to provide access to those that need it?

Hi There,

There is not currently a way in Shopify to provide report access to third parties, other than adding them as staff members.

Our Report Toaster app can help. We provide most of the same reports as Shopify and they can be customized to your needs. We then allow you to schedule delivery via email or share a link (kind of like a google doc). In either case, the finance team would not need to be a staff account. Feel free to check it out and let us know if you need some help.

Let's let you know that limitations on staff accounts are in place unless you have an advanced or plus plan for your Shopify store.

You can consider using Report Pundit. You can create multiple admin accounts in our user management settings to view the reports.
