How can I manage different VAT rates for products on my ecommerce site?

Hello,

here is Anouk from The Netherlands. I own a lovely bread and wine store with a Shopify site. In the Netherlands, wine is charged with 21% VAT, whereas bread is charged with 9%....

How can I sell both via my Shopify site?

Or should I make 2 Shopify sites (one for 9% VAT products and one for 21% VAT products) under 1 domain??
