How can I notify customers about VAT exclusion at checkout?

By law we need to inform our UK customers/outside the EU that the price is set without VAT/Sales tax. Is there a way to do this in the check-out? Now we inform this on the product page but many customers don´t read this/miss this and e-mail us back being annoyed. Not ideal. /Christer @LOCWADING
