How can I provide a Z report-like function for daily transaction reconciliation?

Has anyone found a similar option to providing a Z report?  While I understand that it's not really the same as with QB POS since the payments were captured outside of the POS and Shopify payments captures them on it's platform. Our bookkeeper seems to need/desire the same type of report function in order to do her reconciling for daily transactions and to ensure we are balanced

Seriously? We need an app to be able to balance and report a drawer count at end of day on BRICK AND MORTAR POS system? This is a disaster shopify!

There is an option under more > register> "start tracking session" that
allows for setting a drawer starting amount.

At the end of the day you “end tracking session” and count the drawer. Then
you can print a report similar to the x or z out at the end of the night.

Yes thank you this is what we currently do...but it's the "report" and what
it's called and where I find that I am looking for. Can anyone put me in
the right direction?

Hi!  Go into the admin (log in on a browser, instead of logging in to the POS app on whatever you are using as a register).  You can then go to the "Analytics" section and get a wide variety of reports.  It's not as "all in one report" as the Z report, but everything is there!

Yes thank you. We're using the payments report for the day to provide the
cash and cc totals.
