How can I successfully add a GST number in Shopify?

Hello! Not sure if anyone can help me but I'm trying to add my GST number as prompted by Shopify. When I add it in the form field the button to add it isn't clickable. It's the correct number and length so not sure how to have this added.

Any insights?

• Try from a different, up-to-date, browser
• Try from a different network connection

Tried all the steps mentioned above. Also tried different devices and nothing worked

With that being said, I noticed your GST number was 15 digits long. Have you tried entering the main 9 digit business number without the extension (RTOOOX) for Canada?
