When customers buy my products on my store (Shopify website), if they don't pay taxes here, how they will pay tax?

I want to know that the fact that I have to collect tax from their purchase is mandatory is right or not?

Please help me to consult.

There is not direct answer to your question. If you are an EU based company and you make and intra-community B2C sale you must collect and pay tax. If you are a non EU company selling B2C downloadable products you must collect and pay VAT etc. So many things influence this situation.

In general , if you are outside EU/UK and sell to the EU/UK it is not mandatory for you to collect VAT on goods - your customers will have to declare and pay VAT (and sometimes also customs duties) when items arrive to the EU/UK. They will also be charged additional fee for customs clearance.
