If you are looking for a very cost effective and time saving solution, I'd encourage you to use Shopify’s free online pay stub maker that creates pay stubs to include all company, employee, income and deduction information. You will need to follow a few steps and carefully fill in the required fields. Once that is done, you will receive an email with your paycheck stub that will be ready for you to download and use right away.

Thank you for joining the thread. 

Currently, adjusting the YTD value is not a feature on Shopify’s free online pay stub maker.  I can definitely see how this would be beneficial and will be happy to share your feedback with our developers for them to consider. In the meantime, you can look to edit this value using a PDF editor as all of our pay stubs are exported via PDF.

Additionally, There are many generators out there that you can find with a quick Google search, but I'd suggest searching for one that is free, instant, user friendly, and exports the stubs in PDF form.

The pay stub generator hasn't been working for days now. I use it every month for my employees but for the last 5 days I've been trying to use it, I fill out all the information and click "create pay stub" and nothing happens. I've went over it several times and nothing is missing.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. 

Could you attempt to clear the cache and try to use Shopify's Pay Stub Generator once again? In some cases, clearing the cache from your browser can fix minor issues that you may experience on the Shopify platform. 

If the issue persists, I would suggest trying to use a separate browser to see if that does the trick. For example, if you are using Safari - try this on Google Chrome. In the case that the issue continues, could you let us know if you are receiving a specific error message?
